What are macro ratios and what are some common macro ratios?
    Haishan Qian
    – Creator at Grammit
Macro ratios refer to the proportion of proteins, fats, and carbs in your daily food intake. Say you’re on a 30P-30F-40C split; 30 percent of your calories will come from proteins, 30 from fats, and another 40 from carbs. There is no golden ratio so it’s really up to you to dial your ratios based on the results you see. If you’re starting, it may be helpful to try out an online macro ratio calculator. They use factors including your physique goals, exercise, and body type to spit out a recommendation. It’s a starting point for you to start tweaking once you notice what works best for your body, your cravings, and your results. I’ve linked two popular calculators below so check them out and good luck!
